I have noticed that when it is raining out he prefers to have his bowel movements in the house. The preferred room is my office. I feel like I am missing something here. I take him out atleast 4 times a day and then 2 times at night the last being just before bedtime. He will urinate outside when it is raining but will not have any bowel movements outside when it rains. Is this typical peke behavior?
